I strive to provide a personalized, positive experience to all clients. When you book your appointment, the time is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask that all clients: Cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so that your esthetician may have the opportunity to reschedule another client.
If you are sick, feeling unwell, symptoms of COVID-19, waiting on a Covid test results PLEASE RESCHEDULE or book at least 2 weeks out.
Skin Deep By Autumn prides itself on high quality service, which includes on-time appointments and providing efficient, one-on-one sessions and sanitation after EVERY client leaves the room. Timing is everything: you don’t want to infringe upon another clients appointment.
Late arrivals
I understand that local and freeway traffic can get busy and life can happen. However, please know that if you arrive 5 minutes or more late to please contact the suite. I will do my best to accommodate your appointment. However, you may be asked to reschedule and charged a fee of 50% if there is not enough time. If you are more than 15 minutes late and I can still accommodate you, there will be a $15 late fee.
Cancellations And Reschedules
I require 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment. Remember, it is your responsibility to remember your appointments ... as a courtesy, confirmation is made 24-hours in advance via email and text. Cancellations or reschedules that occur on the day of your appointment (or less than 24 hours to your appointment) will be charged 50% of the services scheduled.
Cancellation and “No Show” fees will be charged to the credit card on file. Once this charge is completed, you may reschedule a new appointment at Skin Deep By Autumn. If the card declines, a hold will be put on your portfolio in our system.
ALL fees must be paid before booking a new appointment.
By having a card on file and reading and understanding the policy, you are giving Skin Deep By Autumn permission to charge your card in the event if a late, cancellation, and/or no-show.

Payment Policy
Skin Deep By Autumn accepts all major credit cards and cash. Payment is due upon the conclusion of your service.
Cell Phone Policy
Please silence your phone while in the office, so that you may receive the full relaxation benefits of your visit.
Child Policy
Please make arrangements for childcare during your visit.
Minor Policy
Minor teens and children coming in for appointments must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the entire appointment. All intake forms/consents for minors must be signed by their parent or guardian.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Skin Deep By Autumn is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards; lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced.
SHIPPING
We ship within the United States for a flat rate of $8.
We are happy to ship internationally for a flat rate of $50. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes and/or custom fees that may apply.
SHIPPING TIMES
All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
United States orders are shipped through USPS or UPS And takes 5-7 business days after receipt of the shipping confirmation.
International orders are shipped through USPS or UPS and takes 5-14 days after receipt of the shipping confirmation.

Tracking information for orders will be provided via email once the product is shipped.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products, Skin Deep By Autumn does not offer any refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances. This applies to ALL services, products, and digital products. You may not obtain a credit for Skin Deep By Autumn not apply your total amount towards any other products or services at Skin Deep By Autumn. Products that leave our office may not be returned back to our office under any circumstances. We reserve the right to uphold this policy.
I have created this privacy policy to demonstrate my firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information.
I respect the privacy of my customers and will not release any customer information to third parties. I never trade, sell, rent, or share addresses or any other personal information with anyone. Any information obtained is used to process your purchase or maintain your client file only. Email and physical addresses are used solely for the purpose of communication between Skin Deep By Autumn and customers. I respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of any mailings.
If you would prefer to cease receiving email, or to change your expressed interests, simply let me know and your file will be updated.
